FMS Group is a COVID Safe registered business. We want to communicate some of the procedures we have put into place to ensure that the staff and clients of FMS Group stay as safe as possible.
1. CHECKING IN There is a QR code at reception for all clients to check in. This is done easily by you using the camera on your smartphone. It will take you to a form to fill in your name, phone number and email address.
This means that if we did suffer an outbreak of COVID-19 in either our Long Jetty or Gordon office, the people who have been in the building can be contacted and told to self isolate.
2. CLEANLINESS There is hand sanitiser at reception and in meeting rooms if you visit one of our offices for an essential face to face meeting.
There are boxes of tissues at reception if you need them.
Staff are disinfecting their hands and personal workspaces regularly.
All rooms in the offices are being cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
3. PHYSICAL DISTANCING The maximum number of people in our meeting rooms at one time is 4.
There is a tray for documents to be deposited from clients at reception.
We are asking clients to have meetings via telephone or Zoom to limit the amount of people coming into the offices.
4. COMMUNICATION Any procedures that need to be put into place will be communicated via our social media platforms (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram) or you’ll be contacted directly if it affects you personally.
If you are booked in for an essential face to face meeting at one of our offices and are suffering from COVID-19 related symptoms or have done in the past 2 weeks, please contact us so we can reschedule your meeting or change to a Zoom, Skype or telephone call.
The same goes for if you have visited a COVID hot spot in the past 2 weeks.
5. COVIDSAFE APP The COVIDSafe app is a tool that helps identify people exposed to coronavirus (COVID-19). This helps support and protect you, your friends and family.
Just search COVIDSafe in your mobile app store. It is free to download.
